Why not try this simple art exercise next time you are feeling stressed, anxious or having difficulty sleeping due to over-thinking. You can use whatever materials are to hand and it can be as big or small as you wish. I'm always trying to find good, creative and easy ways for people to soothe themselves. The process is the point, but I think they look pretty unique and yours will be custom to your mood too.
